Everything you've built -- your assets, documents, photos, compliance records, audit trail -- is preserved exactly as it was. Your QR codes continue to work. Your team continues to sign in. Only the name and the visual identity have changed. The platform powering 3DPW AssetIQ has always been Filaway; we've consolidated the experience under one brand.

What's changed

  • Brand name: 3DPW AssetIQ → Filaway
  • Portal URL: assets.3dprintingwarehouse.co.za → filaway.com
  • Visual style: updated logo and color palette (your data is unchanged)

What's preserved

  • Your tenant data -- every asset, work order, document, photo, compliance record is intact
  • Your QR codes -- every printed QR continues to resolve. No reprinting needed.
  • Your sign-in -- your existing credentials work at filaway.com from 2026-12-01 onwards
  • Your compliance records -- audit trails, ISO documentation, MHSA reports are preserved
  • Your API integrations-- no breaking changes; we'll email you directly if anything affects your endpoints

Your action

Sign in at filaway.com using your existing 3DPW AssetIQ credentials. Your dashboard, your data, and your QRs work identically. Nothing else to do.

  • Today through 2026-12-01 -- Both URLs work. Continue using 3DPW AssetIQ as usual, or switch to Filaway now.

  • 2026-09-02 -- assets.3dprintingwarehouse.co.za retires permanently. Update any external references before this date.
